Before connecting, Unfollowers Helper will access the following Instagram session cookies from your browser: sessionid, ds_user_id, and csrftoken.

These values are sent over HTTPS to the Unfollowers web application and its API routes only to authenticate your existing Instagram session and provide the requested scan, profile/avatar, and unfollow functionality.

They are not sold, used for advertising, or stored in a permanent product database. Privacy Policy

If auto-detect fails, paste User ID on the left and Session ID above.

How to connect safely:

  1. Open an Instagram tab.
  2. Press F12 (Mac: Cmd+Opt+I) to open Console.
  3. Click Copy Script above.
  4. Paste into Console and press Enter. (It says "undefined" - that's normal.)
  5. Come back here and paste (Cmd+V) into the box.
